The first Tombstone Tales event was held on October 30, 2016 at Mt. Zion Cemetery and Historical Chapel.  We had a great turnout and the event was a wonderful chance to share a bit of the history held at this amazing historic site.

Thanks to the hard work of our society members, visitors took part in a cemetery walk where they learned stories of several of the folks buried at the cemetery, played kids games/activities, enjoyed refreshments and toured the 1917 chapel structure.
